Title: Sr PGD Engineer - Steam Turbine Specialist

Position Description: Steam Turbine Specialist - with responsibility for preventing the occurrence of steam turbine forced outage events across the fossil generation fleet:
* Supports turbine overhauls with work identification, including long range predictions and planning, condition assessment, repair procedures, work improvement practices, vendor qualifications & surveillance, and start-up after outage support.
* Assists operations with identification of best operating practices for steam turbines, including inspection of watch, turbine health assessment, preventative maintenance activities, and troubleshooting.
* Utilizes quality tools and processes to maintain steam turbine reliability & availability.
Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications - Eight (8) years exclusive steam turbine experience, with detailed understanding and knowledge at the Subject Matter Expert (SME) level - including operation, assembly & disassembly, vibration analysis, condition assessment, internal & external alignment, etc.
Desired Qualifications - BS degree in Engineering with field service work experience primarily focused on steam turbines, at top-tier steam turbine original equipment manufacturers and/or major generation company.
