Prepare complex materials supply agreements containing unique terms and conditions with little or no management oversight. Conduct complex negotiations successfully under aggressive time demands. Negotiate and execute purchase orders. Administer policies and programs directed towards providing materials management. Lead and/or participate on materials management project teams. Develop and maintain relationships with business units and suppliers. Drive down the total cost of ownership. Develop new sources of supply for spot buys and monitor ongoing supplier performance. Resolve (i) Supplier Deviation Notice (SDN); (ii) Overage, Shortage, Damaged & Discrepant reports (OSD&D); (iii) invoice discrepancies, (iv) warranty and other commercial/legal issues, with support from Corporate Nuclear Sourcing as necessary and (v) resolve administrative, non-materially significant governance exceptions and interface with Nuclear for business risk exceptions.
